Shipping Policy

We ship from North York, Ontario via Canada Post, or hand off locally for free pickup. Two options at checkout:

Canada Post shipping

  • Minimum order: 3 rolls. Below that, the per-order overhead exceeds what we can absorb. Add more rolls or choose local pickup.
  • Two service options: Regular Parcel (cheaper, slower) and Expedited Parcel (faster). Live rates are calculated at checkout from your postal code.
  • Customer pays the carrier-quoted rate. We do not absorb shipping or offer a free-shipping threshold — we keep retail prices low instead.
  • We pack and drop orders at our local Canada Post location within 1 business day of payment. Tracking PIN is emailed when the label is generated.

Estimated transit times (Canada Post)

  • Within Ontario: 1–4 business days (Regular), 1–2 business days (Expedited)
  • Quebec, Atlantic provinces: 2–7 business days (Regular), 2–3 business days (Expedited)
  • Western Canada (MB, SK, AB, BC): 5–10 business days (Regular), 2–4 business days (Expedited)
  • Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 7–14+ business days; Expedited may not be available to all postal codes

These are Canada Post estimates, not guarantees. Holiday and weather delays happen. Check your tracking PIN for the latest status.

Local pickup — North York, ON

  • Free, any quantity. No 3-roll minimum.
  • By arrangement after order — pickup details (address, time window) are emailed within 1 business day.
  • Ontario HST 13% applies to all pickup orders regardless of where you live (Canadian place-of-supply rule).

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within Canada Post's posted delivery window, email ishtar@diani.ca with your order number. We'll work with Canada Post to file a claim and either replace the rolls or refund the affected line. See our Refund Policy for full details.

We ship within Canada only at this time.
